Fly fishing is a great sport and for some of us, it has become an all consuming passion. We come from all backgrounds. A castaway group of counter culture eclectic fly fishermen who still
believe in the importance of  camaraderie and fishery management without the need of personal capital gains.

Ray Stachelek has been fishing the waters from Watch Hill, RI to Cape Cod, MA for nearly fifty years. He is a presenter at the National Fishing Shows along the East Coast. He contributes articles to various national magazines. Writes  fish reports for online and newspaper publications. Ray holds a  Coast Guard certified captains license. His guide service is called Castafly Charters.

There is no one I would rather spend the day fly fishing with than Bob Greco. Bob has been fly fishing for over 25 years.....he worked at Fin and Feather in North Kingstown for years. He is a consummate fly tier and dry fly fisherman. He was the founder of United Fly Tiers/Rhode Island. After a short venture to Arizona, he returned to Rhode Island and now enjoys fishing the local waters as well as camping trips to the Farmington River. I like to call him the "Bus Driver".....because when you fish with him, he'll always take you to school.
