About Our Mission

As RI's newest Fly Fishing Guide, I promise to make your next guided trip a fun, enjoyable experience. I am a firm believer in conservation and Clean Angling.

Not only will you be fishing some of the nicest trout waters in the area, I strive to help to inform my guests about the ecology of the area as well as teaching anglers to respect the river and environment. I am the Conservation Officer for the Narragansett Chapter #225 of Trout Unlimited and Vice Chairman of the MA/RI Trout Unlimited Council. Catch and Release is recommended.

My Bio

I have been fly fishing for over 12 years. My outdoor life started with Boy Scout Troop 2 Bristol. Through a lot of hard work, I attained the rank of Eagle Scout at 14 1/2. While a Boy Scout, I learned a lot of valuable lessons about nature and life. I honed my skills in canoeing and camping and will use both those skills as a guide.

As a Fly Fishing Instructor at the 2010 Boy Scout Jamboree, I earned my qualification as an International Game Fish Association "Certified Angling Instructor" as well as a Fly Fishing Merit Badge Counsellor. One of the tenets of the Boy Scouts of America is "Leave No Trace" and I follow those principles.

I have fly fished in over 10 States and Yellowstone Park. I am on the Guide Programs for Hardy Fly Rods, Abel Reels and Royal Wulff Fly Lines. In the real world, I am a Territory Manager for the largest manufacturer of premium cigars in the world.
